Emily Deitz currently lives in Southern California. She owns Gratitude Tea House her first start-up, while also serving on the GSMF Board as Secretary. She is happily married to her husband, Seth, an active Marine with the U.S. Military. Emily has been with the organization since its inception in 2019 and has served in various capacities as the NPO has grown. 

Dr. Timothy(TJ) Bradford Jr. is the Director of Farm Transitions for Animal Outlook. He was formerly the Lead Precision Agriculture Instructor in the Department of Plant and Soil Sciences at Mississippi State University. Prior to that, Dr. Bradford was employed by the United States Department of Agriculture – Natural Resource Conservation Service, working as a Soil Scientist to various places in Mississippi, Wyoming, Florida, and Pennsylvania. He serves as Director of Agriculture for GSMF.

Minde Osborne recently moved to Fort Worth, TX from Orlando, FL and currently works as a Recycling Account Specialist for a Plastic manufacturer for the past 5 years. In her career over the years, she has been equipped in many leadership programs and trainings. Outside of work Minde has held many leadership roles at her local church and completed a year at Orlando School of Supernatural Ministry. Minde also runs a few social media platforms which provide resource with tools to enhance your personal relationships with others and Jesus. Minde is excited to bring all she knows to the GSMF Worldwide Board.
